The LLC Eurotech, Ltd PK company offers in Ukraine professional oil roller glass cutters of the Japanese firm Toyo (Toyo). For many decades, Toyo glass cutters have been used with great success in the glass industry not only in Japan, but throughout the world and have gained immense popularity among tools for this purpose.

The main element of this tool is a cutting roller made of high-strength tungsten carbide carbide. It is available in Toyo glass cutters in two versions: standard and Tap Wheel™.

Toyo oil glass cutters have a different sharpening angle of the cutting wheel:

140° - for glass thickness from 2mm to 10mm;
153° - for glass thickness from 12mm to 19mm.
They can also be used for cutting ceramic tiles and porcelain stoneware. The handle can be made of metal or impact-resistant polycarbonate.

All glass cutters presented in this section have an automatic oil supply, which is poured into the reservoir handle and automatically flows through the wick to the cutting wheel only when the glass cutter nozzle is pressed.

Before using the glass cutter for the first time, it is recommended to adjust the lubrication system. To do this, pour a sufficient amount of oil into the handle of the glass cutter, then press the cutting head several times until you see that the oil has arrived before the cutting wheel.

Working with any Toyo glass cutters does not require special knowledge and skills. They are simple and easy to use for both professional craftsmen and just amateurs to work at home.
